Find, edit and delete your links
The My links tab lists the environment's short links, newest first, whether they were created in the extension, in the app or through the API.
Steps
- Open the extension and click the My links tab. Links load twenty at a time: Load more loads the next ones.
- Type in Search links to filter by short address or destination.
- Under each link, next to its date, the number of clicks since it was created; hover over it for the last 30 days.
- On a link's row, the two-sheets icon copies it to your clipboard; clicking the short address opens it in a new tab.
See a link's statistics
The first icon, shaped like a chart, opens the statistics under the link: total clicks over 7, 30 or 90 days or all time, the change from the previous period, the day-by-day curve, then the top three countries, sources and devices. See everything in TinyLink opens the link's full page. The Read scope is enough.
Edit a link
The pencil opens a form under the link: change the destination or the slug, then click Save. The short link keeps its clicks, and its QR code stays valid if only the destination changes. Clearing the slug gives the link an automatic identifier again.
Delete a link
The bin asks for confirmation under the link. A deleted link stops redirecting and its statistics are lost: to keep the figures, change its destination instead.
Buttons that follow the token
The extension only shows what the token allows: without the Write scope, no pencil; without Delete, no bin. Scopes are changed in TinyLink, on the TinyLink API card, without changing the token: the extension picks them up the next time it opens.
